Email archiving is an optional add-on feature. When enabled, it stores all inbound and outbound email in encrypted, tamper-proof storage with full-text search and fast retrieval. This is especially useful for legal compliance, backup, and disaster recovery.
SpamExperts is not intended for bulk email sending. Domains sending messages in bulk may be found in violation of the SpamExperts EULA.
SpamExperts will block the session if the public IP or browser changes mid-login to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks-common causes include VPN changes or multiple WAN interfaces.

Note: If you're using outbound filtering, you must configure a custom SMTP address in your email client (such as Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird) to route outbound mail through SpamExperts. Webmail interfaces OX Webmail are not compatible with outbound filtering. Mailcow Users can request their SpamExperts' account to be used for Outbound Filtering as a custom router through the Support System.
Yes. SpamExperts is fully compatible with cPanel and includes an official plugin that integrates directly into the cPanel interface. This allows users to access quarantine management, delivery logs, and filtering controls without leaving the cPanel dashboard. Incoming filtering is handled via MX records, and outbound filtering can be configured via Exim settings.
