Where the Customer is a consumer, then the Customer may cancel this Agreement by sending to DigitalFyre Internet Solutions, LLC a written notice of cancellation at any time within 7 Business Days after the Effective Date; providing that the Customer has not, at or before the time of the cancellation, taken advantage of any of the Services to be provided under this Agreement.
If the Customer cancels this Agreement under this Clause, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of any charges paid to DigitalFyre Internet Solutions, LLC under the Agreement for the Refundable Items (other than Charges paid in respect of the None-Refundable Items), which DigitalFyre Internet Solutions, LLC will refund to the Customer by within 30 days of the date of receipt of the notice of cancellation.
In case of chargeback request, chargeback fees are deducted from the customer's actual payemnt, the company will not pay the chargeback fees if any.
