• IDN Domain Sales
  Customers can place their orders for, and manage registered, IDN domains (Selected registrar modules).

  Customers can place their domains for sale on your site, potential buyers can make an offer or make inquiries about the domain.
• Unlimited user domain profiles
  Customers can create multiple profiles to be used with domain registrations. Simple selection of profile to use at checkout.
• User Sub-Accounts w/permissions
  Customers can delegate permissions to sub users via sub accounts. Extensive security selections so the sub user can only perform the allowed tasks.
• Automated domain expiry warning
  Domain expire notices auto sent to customers at 60, 30, 7, and 0 days. Customers can choose to enable Auto-Renew for each domain.
• Automated domain renewals
  If your customers have credits or a CC on file, AWBS can auto-renew the domain if the customer enables this option.
• Multi-Registrar TLD support
  Assign each TLD to the registrar of your choice. Activate as many registrar modules as you want and assign accordingly.

• Automated account creation
  AWBS will create hosting accounts on the server, handle setting the account information locally, and email the customer the acccount information. Recurring invoices are auto-created each billing cycle for all recurring packages.
• Automated suspending/unsuspending
  Accounts will be suspended on non-payment, unsuspended on payment, or canceled on the remote server automatically.
• Automated customer ordered cancellation
  Customers can order automated cancellation (either immediate, or at the end of the current billing cycle). Account will be automatically canceled.
• Automated customer ordered upgrades/downgrades***
  Customers can order upgrades at any time, and pro-rated invoices are generated. Upon payment, the hosting account can be automatically upgraded. Upgrade groups can be configured to specify which packages are available to the user.
• Automated over-bandwidth billing*
  Bandwidth stats are calculated and should an account reach the alloted b/w quota, and email is sent to the customer. If the customer does not upgrade, an invoice will be generated for the over b/w amount (as set by the administrator) at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
• Server grouping (Load Balancing)
  Setup your servers in groups and AWBS will automatically pick the least loaded server to setup the new account on. Group servers by type (Plesk group, Helm group, Cpanel group etc...).
• Package grouping
  Group your package by type, and assign to user groups. AWBS gives you the flexibility you need.
• Package Addons
  Add your extras you wish to offer with each package. Addons can be assigned to any group and will then only be available to that group.
• Automatically add reactivation fee for suspended accounts
  Add a reactivtion fee to the late invoice on auto-suspended accounts.
• Free Domain with hosting option
  Offer a free domain with any package you select. You can additionally only offer this option based on term (i.e. only if the customer chooses annually).
• Hosting server service stats
  Check server status, i.e. cpu usage, load, etc. in real time. (CPanel servers only)
